Our Rise with Grace Coaches are catalysts for transformation, profoundly impacting the lives of individuals and families through their unique coaching and shared life experiences. Each Coach, guided by their own gifts and talents, is carefully matched with an individual or family, forming a close partnership with a Rise with Grace Case Manager. Together, they inspire, motivate, and journey alongside those we serve, empowering them to achieve the goals set by the client, the Coach, and the Case Manager.
Our Coaches are committed to a long-term engagement with a family or individual, typically lasting at least one year. In the first 90 days, they maintain weekly communication for short check-ins to ensure the client is progressing towards their individualized goals. These goals, which include housing, employment, and financial stability, are continuously reviewed and adjusted. As the client gains stability and independence, the Coach's role evolves to best meet the client's needs. The Coach also plays a role in introducing clients to a life with Jesus or strengthening their existing relationship with God.
At Giving Grace, we recognize the importance of continuous learning and support. That's why we offer a comprehensive support system for our Coaches, including extensive training, support groups, and personalized one-on-one mentoring. This ensures that our Coaches are always equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to provide the best possible support to our clients.working toward their individualized goals. Goals include but are not limited to housing, employment, and financial stability. As the client progresses with stability and independence, the Coach’s involvement evolves and aligns to best meet the needs of the client. A Coach’s role also introduces clients to a life with Jesus or builds upon a client’s current relationship with God.

Childcare volunteers are an integral part of our program. Childcare makes it possible for a family to attend Life Skills classes along with other events throughout the year. This is an as-needed role with dates and times varying throughout the year. To become a childcare volunteer, please click on Apply to Volunteer button below. All childcare volunteers are required to complete our background check before serving.
If you are interested, email volunteer@givinggrace.org, and we will contact you.
