• Rise with Grace Coaches are catalysts for transformation, walking alongside individuals and families to help them achieve goals like housing, employment, and financial stability. Each Coach is paired with a client and a Case Manager to form a supportive team, offering encouragement, accountability, and spiritual guidance.

• Coaches commit to at least one year, starting with weekly check-ins during the first 90 days to build trust and track progress. As clients grow in stability and independence, the Coach’s role adapts to meet their evolving needs, while also helping them explore or deepen their relationship with Jesus.

• Giving Grace equips every Coach with comprehensive training, ongoing support groups, and one-on-one mentoring to ensure they are prepared and confident in their role. Interested? Email us at volunteer@givinggrace.org, and we’ll be in touch!

• The Admin Team supports the daily and weekly operations of Giving Grace by handling essential tasks like managing shopping needs, organizing the office and storage unit, and restocking supplies.
